چکیده
Outbreak of COVID-19 in different countries is an emergency global public health recently. According to high spread the newborn virus, airborne transmission potency SARS-CoV-2 possible. Until now, there are contradictory results for air evaluation virus contaminated area. We studied patient room a hospital by two sampling strategies. Filtration method and liquid impaction were used simultaneously assess air. Indoor seven stations three wards was evaluated according glass midget impinger polytetrafluoroethylene filter. RNA real time reverse transcription-PCR. Studied rooms eleven confirmed patients four suspected cases. Our show filtration DMEM could not determine viral concentration samples. The samples trace stations. In conclusion, strategy challenge due level A area be highlighted higher pathogenicity properties, disapproval properties. However, more studies should performed characterize new properties

Background: Healthcare workers (HCWs) have a high risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Seroprevalence studies can provide related data on HCWs who have a history of infections. According to numerous seroepidemiological reports of COVID-19 in different groups and the lack of seroepidemiological reports of COVID-19 in HCWs in Rafsanjan, the aim of this study was to determine the SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalenc...
